FJ-TTT Advantages and Case Study #1

Published Categorized as Articles

Finding Joy – Trauma Treatment Technique™ (FJ-TTT) is a cost-effective, therapeutic technique designed for individual administration by a certified practitioner. The healing process involves guided awareness with an interactive component that uses the wisdom of the client’s experience to facilitate deep and lasting healing. It is designed to connect with each client’s wholeness — the part of them that is perfect.

Therapy Technique Goals

The goal of FJ-TTT is to help each person feel calm and peaceful, by addressing unresolved feelings from past events, present concerns, or even future worries. Applied evaluative research which has been done since 2007 on more than 200 clients from ages eight to 78 years old has shown this approach to be effective in resolving many types of conditions. This includes relief from PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, bullying, hurt, grief, and even long-held grudges! Typically, relief comes within a few sessions and is reported to be lasting.

FJ-TTT empowers the individual to regain, enhance, and maintain their sense of well-being, joy, and peace.

Advantages

  • Effective! One client compared it to a ‘laser beam’ in terms of how quickly her longstanding trauma was resolved.  Others have said it is like taking a plane rather than a bus to a destination.
  • Cost-effective! After completing a few sessions, clients will be familiar with the protocol, and can practice it on themselves. There is no need for lengthy treatment.
  • Calm and Peaceful! This is not traditional ’talk therapy’. Clients do not need to revisit experiences in detail; therefore, the risk of ‘re-traumatizing’ is reduced.
  • Convenient! It can be delivered to clients in person or virtually.
  • Empowering! Clients will have an effective tool with which to manage their life stresses whenever the need arises.
  • Simple to learn and easy to do! Nothing is required of clients other than to be present and report what they are experiencing.

Case Study of Chris

Meet Chris, a 40-year-old gay man from Los Angeles, who shares a powerful journey of healing and forgiveness in this compelling video. Discover how Chris used the FJ-TTT method to address a deep-seated childhood hurt stemming from a hurtful comment made by a family member when he was just 16 years old.

As you watch the video, you’ll witness Chris’s transformation unfold. The session begins with a Freeze Frame, capturing the most distressing moment of his unresolved issue – a memory of sitting on a couch with a male friend. At the outset, his Subjective Units of Distress (SUDS) score was a 4 out of 10, reflecting the lingering pain he carried.

Surprisingly, during the session, Chris experiences seemingly unrelated images that hold profound significance for his healing journey. These unexpected revelations play a crucial role in his path to recovery, ultimately leading him, albeit somewhat reluctantly, to a state of forgiveness. Astonishingly, within just 28 minutes, Chris manages to clear a 24-year-old troubling memory, with his SUDS score dropping to an empowering zero out of 10.

By the video’s end, you’ll witness the remarkable transformation – the hurtful comment that had haunted Chris for decades no longer has any hold over him. In fact, he even shares how this profound healing session positively impacted his relationship with the family member involved.

Don’t miss this inspirational journey of resilience, healing, and forgiveness – watch the video now and learn how the FJ-TTT method helped Chris break free from his past and find inner peace.”

Conclusion

Like Chris, many of us have unresolved issues. These issues take up space in our stress buckets. When they add up, our buckets overflow, and we react. Some of us may get angry, feel irritable, or cry. If you want to feel calm, peaceful, and happy, it would be wise to empty out your stress bucket and face your unresolved issues as much as you can. This will allow you to access your inner joy.

We do not usually have control over what happens to us, but we do have control over what we do about it. Why not take the opportunity to meet with a Finding Joy – Trauma Treatment Technique™ practitioner and discover how much better you can feel?
